and like strong tea with lots and lots of honey

I'm from Canada myself and love both, but coffee is preferred in the morning with sugar, or a hazlenut international creamer. Mint tea in the evening is very relaxing.

Tea-if its herbal, with honey, if it's spice, with tiny splash of milk and honey (I drink that few times a week.
Coffee-I don't drink much since it gives me heartburns, but I drink Ice Coffee sometimes in the summer with cream and sugar size small.

i use my starbucks saesto barista machine and i make myself a cappuccino or i guess you would call it a latte.i make it kinda strong....I'm spoiled...i use two strong shots of coffee.....a tad of spenenda , a hint of hazelnut sometimes when i'm feeling really really naughty i use some cool whip put on some nutmeg on top or or use cardamon....ummmm so yummy....thats what i do most mornings.......USA

did anyone say tea....hahahah i love jasmine, and oolong i have a long list of teas....yummy night time teas are good tea...have ya tried lemongrass....or mint herbs...don't get me started....
