surprised at alot of the answers. I prefer diet pepsi. I have tasted diet pepsi with splenda and it is mediciny, maybe thats what some people are saying, but regular diet pepsi is the best I have tasted.

Diet Pepsi has too much nutrasweet in it for me, plus it gives me headaches! Diet Coke to me is not as sugary. I guess it depends on the person and their tastebuds!

Diet Coke, definitely.
I like both, but my favorite diet soda is Pepsi One. It is sweetened with Splenda, and it has less of an artificial sweetener aftertaste that the majority of diet sodas sweetened with aspartame (aka "NutraSweet").
I used to buy Pepsi One in two-liter bottles, but now it is only available in the "fridge pack" cases of 12-ounce cans. But hey -- I'll take it any way I can get it...I just hope they don't discontinue it altogether!
Your favorite diet soda will depend on your individual taste, and people have different preferences. However, I would like to suggest that you give Pepsi One a try...it may become your new favorite (if you can find it)!
