Usually Coke bottlers only produce kosher during holidays, but some will where there is a community that wants it. Someone already said look for the "K", and they are right. The bottle cap will also be a different color, usually yellow (coke classic bottle caps are red) and it will have a circled K on it. The bottle labels stay the same. the only package size that I know of is the 2 liter, but since all Coke bottlers are indipendent, others may package kosher in different sizes.
The big bonus to buying kosher that most people dont know about is that its sweetened with sugar and not corn syrup. I think it tastes better.

The best time to stock up is around Passover when both Pepsi and Coke do Kosher runs, they shut down a large plant, steam clean the works and as the Coke employee stated the do a supervised run of syrups with natural cane sugar, as corn is a fermentable grain it is not kosher, they do this run, and ship it to various bottling plants (generally near populations of Orthodox or Observant Jewish areas), do the same cleaning, run the process, bottle it, and is then marked Kasharuth by the supervising rabbi, then it is shipped.
This can only be done at certain time when they know the demand is there and it is such a limited one, most times it disappears before most people know it is done, if you want it at other times as stated look for a bottler that uses cane sugar or come to Canada, we make ours like that all year round.
