my hubby keeps mentioning a fizzy drink called TAB that was clear like lemonade but I've never heard of it. Was TAB before my time....I am 21?

I think it was originally out in the 70s or 80s.....it was a kind of clear cola. They ressurected it in the 90s, but not for long, because it was horrible! Here's a link to the nasty stuff:

TAB was a diet cola drink made by Coke. It was brown like coke or pepsi (tasted yucky). I don't remember a clear version, but hears a link.
I can slightly remember it, Im 27 cant remember the aste but it does sound familiar.Perhaps it was a bit before your time!hahaha

As a side note, is anyone familiar with Tab? It was Coca-Cola's original diet cola, and still has a "cult" following today; at least in parts of the U.S.. I think it tastes like carbonated cough syrup, so I'm not among them.
we had tab when i was younger it was clear,i think it was taken of the market shortly after it came out we only had it once it gave us all upset tummys!!!!!
im 25 and i used to buy it from londis when i was at primary school it was diet coke and it was clear
