yes its just like coffee

unless you can't have coffee

I think it is safe, as long you don't drink too much of it at a time, suggestion: ask your doctor, they know what is the best for you and the baby.

Some doctors recomend that you limit your caffine intake during pregnancy. While not as bad as most coffes, chai tea latte still contains caffine. Caffine can increase your heart rate, and can dehydrate your body. If a doctor has advised you to stay away from caffine then abstain from the chai. On the other hand if your are healty and no reason for concern then one chai tea latte a day proably won't do any harm.

No worries eventhough it contains caffeine. But less intake!
