Starbucks got my order wrong! should i go back?
my husband ordered 2 white chocolate frapps. they gave us 2 white mocha (i'm assuming) frapps. we can totally taste the coffee way to strong. i have been complaining to my husband to go back and tell them but he says it's to late because he already forced himself to drink the one they gave him. mine is still full because i can't drink it it's just way to bitter! do you all think it's to late to go back and tell them to fix the problem?

At this point, it's probably not worth the gas money to go back. Dilute the coffee with a little cream, and then call the manager. Explain the situation, and see what they'd be willing to do to make the situation right.
A lot of times, they'll send you coupons for free items or give you a refund.
it's not worth the gas go to back there...unless you are sitting there..in which case gooooooooooo for it. why not? it's not like it takes half a dollar to make it for the eight bucks they charge you for it
And this was how long ago? Get in the car and return it and get what you,want, hun! Starbucks will probably be glad to make you the drink you want. Don't wait on your husband,,,he slurped his down and isn't thirsty !
Go back - they usually give you free stuff when that happens!!! For years I wouldn't touch a chai tea latte because I thought it was another gross coffee drink until I was in Calgary with friends at a coffee house and they were perplexed when I said it was a coffee drink. I tried one there and wow - I've been addicted since. Stupid Star Bucks!

Definitely go back! Talk to one of the managers on duty. They will give you free drink coupons.....There drinks are WAY too expensive to just write off...I would complain nicely if I were you!!
You should go and get it.Starbucks made YOUR coffee wrong,they should make it up to you and fix it.You should get what you paid for, So go back to Starbucks and make things right! Just do it in a nice manner.
i work at starbucks and peopler bring me back their drinks after theyve already gone home. they could have made te base for the drink wrong.. it shoudl taste sweet, not bitter at all. but if you go back they will give you a coupon for a free drink. and offer to make your drink again if youd liek... so with this coupon you can create the most expensive drink youd likel... liek a venti white mocha with 10+ shots or somehtign and it will be free of charge...
people have even brought me back their drink thats 2 days old! lol and i still offer to make it againa nd give them a drink coupon.

Dont worry about going back at that particular moment, just wait until the next time you go in to tell them about it. Just to let you know though if you order 2 white chocolate Fraps just like that, its going to have a coffee taste. You have to ask for them to be made with blended cream if you want no coffee in it. Next time you go in tell them about that, and they will be more than happy to help you and hit you with a discount of some sort.
GO BACK! You pay good money for those beverages, so they should make your order correctly. If you approach them in a kindly manner, they will probably bend over backwards to accomodate your request.
