Designated driver program - does your local establishment have one?!

Question:

Designated driver program - does your local establishment have one?

The designated driver program (free pop to those that drive the drinkers) used to be a popular one but I find few places have it now. People are killed every day in impaired driving collisions but few places do this. Some places have such cheap drink specials that it is cheaper to drink alcohol than pop even though a glass of pop is only a few pennies (confirmed by owners of a fast food reataurant). Does your favorite place have this policy? What place and where? Would you feel comfortable asking your favorite bar to do this program?
