How do you make Turkish Coffee??!

Question:

How do you make Turkish Coffee??

Answers:
Ok, I'm a Turk and I'll tell you how we make Turkish coffee. You put the coffee (1 spoonful, small spoon, of coffee for each cup) in a pot (in Turkey we have special devices called "cezve" for especially making Turkish coffee). Then, you put water in the pot. You decide the amount of water according to the coffee cups you're using (Again we have small coffee cups made especially for drinking Turkish coffee). Then, add some sugar as much as you like. You stir them while the pot is on heat, never stop stirring. You'll have some foam as you stir it, you can take that foam and pour it in your cups which will make your coffee foamy (mostly preferred). After the water boils, pour the coffee in your cups. Ready to serve. And one more thing...while serving Turkish coffee you have to serve it in a tray and you have to put one (some people put 1 glass for each cup) glass of water on the tray too.

You need to get a small metal turkish coffee pot (it can usually hold enough for up to 3 or 4 turkish cups) and you need to fill up the pot with water (but not to the top, leave space) and 1 scoop of turkish coffee on the top (don't stir). Then you need to bring it to a boil very slowly, not fast. Once you see a couple bubbles it is done, and pour it in the little cups. Add 1 or 2 cubes of surgar if desired, and serve with a piece of turkish delight on the side.
