Gatorade or Powerade??
....what's the diffence??...you prefer,,,?

powerade has a lot of sugar called sucrose i think...Gatorade is way better cause it is completely electrolytes and hydrates you better..Powerade hydrates you but it also replaces sugars you dont need..and it leaves you with a stomachache..so if your working hard, drink gatorade

it's the same, they are both loaded with sugar, i prefer gatorade original lemon-lime
Powerade has some B vitamins added to it but Gatorade just tastes better.
They are realy the same sort of thing. It's a matter of personal preferance.
