Is white tea better than green teaa?!

Question:

Is white tea better than green teaa?

Answers:
Yes. The tea leaves are picked at an earlier age when they have this white coating on them. Also the tea since it is picked at that time is less processed. White tea has more antioxidents than green tea. I think it has the most out of all teas. I prefer Jasmine White tea.

i wish i knew that one. i have never heard of white tea before but my mom says that green tea helps w/ allergies and such. red tea is stronger but it helps the same. sorry i couldnt help?

All tea is really just green or black. The white, yellow, etc is just the fermenting process.

i hate tea

shroom tea is better than both

The less processed a tea is, the higher the level of antioxidants. So white tea would have the highest level of antioxidants, followed by green tea then black tea. If you're drinking it for the antioxidants then, yes, white tea is better than green tea. Otherwise, it's just a matter of taste.

yes!!!!!

well : according towards " Herbal type Teas" I would reccomend
"Green Tea" because it's more natural than " White Brand"
where no flavors could match that kind of "Blend" !
