My advice to you is to get a job at Starbucks, learn how to make the drink and then steal loads of coffee.

You can't lose.

Maybe nick some chocolate cake while you're at it.

I used to work for starbucks and they had a "frappucino mix" that we just blended with ice. It was a secret recipe. But, you can buy the mix at a grocery store....or you can buy coffee or green tea chai flavored soy drink mixes (right in the soy milk section) and mix that with ice and blend for a frappucinoesque drink.

The way I have made it in the past is to put a tea spoon full of coffee in a tall glass, add a very small amount of water ie about 1/2 and inch up the glass then get one of those whizzy cappucino hand held whisks, froth up the coffee for a couple of minutes, then add cold mild - froth again and some Ice- voila Frappucino- btw use instant coffee!

These are pretty close in taste.

I used to work at Starbucks and have tried these recipes. You can also order Frappuccino mixes from Ebay along with syrups and powders.
