Is it safe for pregnant women to drink oolong tea?!

Question:

Is it safe for pregnant women to drink oolong tea?

Oolong tea seems to have good effect over weight reducing along with moderate physical activity .So.is it good to continue it even if you are planning to have a baby in the near future?

Answers:
Because of the caffeine you might want to stay away from the tea. There hasn't been a set amount of caffeine that the experts say is safe so my wife stayed away while she was pregnant. We also had her stay away from herbal teas as pregnant women are supposed to refrain from herbal supplements.

Hot apple cider and the occasional sugar/caffeine-free soda were all she had while pregnant. Maybe we were a little too paranoid, but we sure didn't want to gamble.

yes

Real bright...you ask here and not your doctor.

I don't think it's recommended. Oolong tea typically has caffeine, which pregnant women should avoid.

Yes, Oolaong tea is fine. it is actaully pretty good! It helps to relax and relieve stress while doing nothing to harm the baby.
