Coke, Pepsi or Mt. Dew Refrigerators?!

Question:

Coke, Pepsi or Mt. Dew Refrigerators?

Where can I find a Coke, Pepsi or Mt. Dew refrigerator ( the ones with the glass doors) around Illinois? I tried eBay but the shipping is outrageous and I can't think of any other places that might have them...

Answers:
They are called visi-coolers, because the product is VISIble without opening the door. And as one answer stated, they are supplied by the drink companies. Usually, you sign a lease that allows you to use it free of charge as long as you use it to merchandise drinks from that particular supplier. Companies often update these and pull old models out. You might contact a soft drink bottler in your area and see if they have some old ones for sale.
Also, these visi-coolers may be left behind when a store closes. You might look for a store going out of business and selling all fixtures.

Diet Coke for me.

if you have a business that's going to sell the sodas the company will supply them free

Are you looking for a collectors item, an antique or something? Try flea markets...and they are gonna be high

coke

Do you mean the little bar-type fridges - about 2 foot tall, with shelves inside?

I"ve seen them here in Australia, and if they have them here, they should be readily available in the States.
Costco ? Walmart ? Home Depot ? Somewhere like that, might stock them.

If they're the new ones - keep trying ebay, or check with "want it now" on ebay - and perhaps someone can help you.
The one I've listed below isn't the one you're looking for - but it might interest you if you're into Coke items

Maybe a flea market but or a dollar store.

try ringing coke or pepsi, they might be able to help. you never know until you ask
