Dose espresso have the same amount of caffeine as coffee dose?!

Question:

Dose espresso have the same amount of caffeine as coffee dose?

Answers:
No it has less because it is roasted longer. The longer coffee beans are roasted, the less caffeine they have. But kind of yes too, since it is ground much smaller and packed together it holds much more of the caffeine together but it is still less than a regular cup of coffee lightly roasted coffee.

I was a Barista for Starbucks and had to go through a month of training.

Nope, it has more.

No, it is more concentrated so it has more. If you drank a coffee cup of expresso your eyes would explode. Well maybe that's exagerating a little. But you know, maybe its not. It really is much much stronger.

espresso has less caffeine than regular coffee. The longer you roast the beans the smaller the amount of caffeine that is present.
If you compare by equivalent volumes then espresso has more caffeine, but if you compare serving size then coffee wins.
ie one serving of espresso is about 2 oz. One serving of coffee is about 7 oz.

More, and it is 'does' espresso -
Dose is used when referring to administering medicines.

Espresso has A LOT more caffeine than coffee. Thats why you can go to Starbucks and get a big cup of coffee but when you order Espresso it comes in that tiny little shot glass type cup. I wouldn't advise drinking as much Espresso as you would coffee. You might not sleep for a week!!!

espresso actually has less.....Look into it!

Espresso has more...the beans are roughly the same, but the way they are grinded gets more caffine per ounce. The beans are grounded and then hot steamy water is shot through the grounds at a very high pressure (unlike drip-coffee where the hot water is pours into the filter), this liquid gets more of the grinds flavor (which is why espresso has a much stronger smell and taste), and more importantly gets more caffine.

It has more per ounce but less than black coffee of the 20 oz. variety as there are four shots typically in a 20 oz americano. For max caffeine get 16 ozs., than add 3 shots. 60 mgs caffeine per 1.5 ounces espresso,300 mgs per 20 oz of black coffee, cappeiche? Those are starbucks regs.

No it has more
