What is wrong with my PUR water filter?!


Question:

What is wrong with my PUR water filter?

I changed the filter and followed the directions correctly, but now the water will only filter halfway, leaving a lot in the chamber unfiltered at the top.

It didn't used to do this; I have the stage 1 filter system.

I've been trying to run lots of water through the filter, but it still stops once the water can't fall into the bottom.


Answers:
Put your filter in the other way, you could have it upside down.
