Answers:
cold drinks seem to be refreshing for some time but they are not good for health. Its just like drinking a drop of poison daily. Drinking it daily will make a glass of poison in your body which is fatal.
But fruit juices are very healthy to drink...... they not only give us nutritions but also refreshes us and improves our memory , eye sight and health.
So natural fruit juices are much more healthier and tastier than other cold drinks.

Water is the best drink! All fruit juices have a lot of concentrated sugar which also makes them have many calories if you are watching your weight. Soft drinks also have a lot of sugar though. Just drink water and tea.
water is the best because it contains all the minerals that are needed by your body. Natural fruit juices provide nutrients water cannot such as vitamins and calcuim. Cold drinks contain all sugar and sucrose and all that junk which makes you fat , gives you acne and causes cholesterol.

natural home-made fruit juices are of course the best choice if u have to drink anything other than water..soft drinks are not at all healthy and should be avoided at all times. it contains preservatives,lots of sugar and calories. health conscious people would never think of it as a normal beverage to be taken safely.

Fruit drinks are good ... in moderation.... a big glass of orange juice comes from more oranges than you would eat at one sitting, so it is possible to drink too much...
And cold drinks... meaning sodas, I assume? ... can be nice too... some times
I find a cola can perk up my spirits and my digestion.... I refuse to let the doom-sayers dampen my spirits. And, they do settle my stomach if I am having difficulty ... but then so does masala chai!
