Is there caffeine in green tea?!

Question:

Is there caffeine in green tea?

Answers:
Yes, there is more caffeine in green tea than in black tea.
But you will find more caffeine in most Chinese green teas ( long jing, ding gu da fang, lu an gua pian...) than in Japanese ones.
Moreover, there is vitamin C and vitamin E and many other good trace elements in green teas.
rule no.1: do not boil the water , it would spoil the flavor of this delicate kind of tea!
rule no.2: don't put one spoon per person in your tea pot, it's a waste of tea and generally one or two spoons is enough for a good result!
rule no.3: don't infuse more than 2 or 3 mn. It leaves a tanic taste.
