Is RED BULL really that bad for you?!

Question:

Is RED BULL really that bad for you?

Whats the big deal!?

Answers:
It has the same content as three to four cups of coffee
so of course it has a boosting effect
take four cups of coffee in a row ans tell me how you feel
a young women in Canada has died because she drank four to five of these a day!

So beware on occasion it can't be all that bad but it sure has an
addicting effect on your nervous system

not that i know of. just don't drink it with liquor or drink too much of red bull. too much caffine is not good

i dunno
i love redbull but i guess its like everything... 2 much of anything is bad for you!?!?!
i think its just coz it has lots of sugar and caffeen in it

idk

all energy drinks are bad for you especially if you abuse them

When a drink has a warning on the label that warns you not to consume more than three a day, you know there has to be something sketchy about it. It has a high amount of caffine in it which can cause nervousness, anxiety and in some people, panic attacks. Plus the crash you experience after the caffine wears off is worse thatn the fatigue you may be experiencing at the time.
Never mix it it with alcohol as you have two waring substances, one at a high level - alcohol (a depressant) and caffine (a stimulant).
I'm not saying never drink it unless you have heart problems. However keep in mind you are consuming the equivalent of 3-4 cokes in one Red Bull. Proceed with caution! One of my students was drinking several a day as a substitute for his drug addiction and ended up hospitalized!

it's not bad for u, but it contains TONS of sugar!

At one point I was addicted to it....drinking it everyday. Then I noticed that I started to get hives everday. I stoppped drinking it and the hives went away. I think the bad thing about redbull is that it has a lot of caffeine. I've heard about college students drinking an excessive amount and died.

if you have too much yea.
