I work a 12 hour shift at a factory..I drink around 7 cups from start to finish. Trust me, it can keep you going in a plastic factory.
My day will be ruined if I don't drink coffee.

I would like to say yes, but I have tried quitting several times, and I think the longest stretch I've gone is maybe 2 weeks without it. Honestly I think life was better without it, I had less headaches, but then I do something stupid like only get 2 hours of sleep before going to work and I have no choice...

I usually like a Coke, but am getting better at drinking coffee instead, to keep from having so much sugar.
Then I need more throughout the day, too.

No.. I've tried and I do get a headache. I'm not a coffee drinker, but I do drink 1 Mt. Dew a day.. that's in the morning before I go to work. The rest of the day I drink water. But I've tried caffeine free Mt. Dew and I just get a severe headache without that caffeine!!
