Is coffee really bad for you?!

Question:

Is coffee really bad for you?

Answers:
I don't think so----but it's not GOOD for you either.
Just don't drink more than a couple cups a day, or you'll have a big caffeine addiction!

no
its got lots of anti-oxidents.

but its what you add that gets you.

As I 've heard, last information is that coffee is even good for your health, 1 to 3 coffees a day, specially for heart.
Try to find some articles about this on Internet

If it has caffine in it it can make your heart beat faster and you can get addicted to it and if its decaff it can riase your blood pressure. But some people say that coffe can make you more alert and smarter

Yahoo just featured a study/article that says coffe makes you smarter :)

I could think of a lot worse things for you. People get on a health kick and it's good one day and bad the next. I just drink it. It is supposed to have antioxidants and other minerals in it.

This is another subject that can't get a definite answer. Some say that it is very bad for you and others say it is good for you. If you enjoy it, drink it, but in moderation. There have been recent articles saying that it is actually healthy if you drink 2-3 cups per day.

Actually it has some good health benefits. Check this out and see what you think.

After much study, and much misinformation, it turns out that coffee is good for you.

But, don't drink it to excess. A cup or two is fine. A potful may make you feel jittery. And, if you're like me, coffee in the evening may interere with your sleep.

i dont like it, i dont think its bad for anybody as long as the quantity is kept normal and you dont drink more than two coffees per day
