What is the best tea for relaxing?!

Question:

What is the best tea for relaxing?

I'm new at drinking tea and I would like to know what brand-taste is better for sleeping?

Answers:
Chamomile is the known as the best tea for that. Also an illegal tea can put a mild sedative into your system as well. Steep some marijuana leaves in a cup of boiled water for five minutes.
A tea that is the best source for vitamin C is Rose hip. The body takes this tea's vitamin immediately and it is readily accepted in your immune system.
Speaking of immune system; an Echineacha tea is the best for boosting the immune system. This is from the root of the purple cone flower.

Sleepy Time, no seriously this is/was a brand. Can't remember who put it out though. Seriously I used to love it as a kid.

There are alot of specialty teas that are expensive on the market. I have tasted some, and there fine but Celestial Brand Tea is great and inexpensive. I like the apple tea, lemon tea, and chamomile tea. Celestial has a relaxing before bed tea that you can find at most grocery stores I believes its just chamomile and lavender.

Chamomile,marijuana ,Neem,

I love chamomile tea...anykind. In a tea, it acts to calm the nerves which is soothing. Chamomile continues to be used today to battle illness, promote calm and relieve anxiety at bedtime. As a tisane (herbal tea), it is naturally caffeine-free. (http://www.adagio.com/herbal/chamomile.h... Health Benefits of Chamomile: Soothes the stomach, Calms the nerves,Induces sleep,Eases cold symptoms, and tastes good too. (http://coffeetea.about.com/od/herbaltea/...
Chamomile Tea by Alvita Teas, Starbucks Herbal Teas

Also, just go to your local grocery store and ask for chamomile tea. There are many generic brands available.

Sleepytime Teas are okay...but I don't like the taste too much.

Sleepy time Tea and Chamomile

Any herbal tea is good for relaxing. Chamomile, Night Time Teas, Lavender teas...
Just stick with the herbal ones that aren't too potent. Smell them if you can before buying. Your nose is one of your best decision makers.

green tea

There is one on the market that is called Tension Tamer Ultra. I get it at Albertson's, Stater Brothers, or QFC. I'm on the west coast and don't know where you are but that should give you an idea that it is readily available. Really, anything with Chamomile in it...they have done studies and proven that it really does help you go to sleep. Good luck!

any herbal tea will do...i would recommend rose tea or lily tea...but any herbal tea will do...as they do not contain caffeine that will keep you awake

Chamomile tea is great for relaxing, and helps you sleep.
