Does paprika extract contain alcohol like vanilla extract?!

Question:

Does paprika extract contain alcohol like vanilla extract?

Answers:
It should say on the back of the product but in order to make oil or extracts it's usually boiled down in alcohol .To make it they soak the product in alcohol for at least 24 hours and then boil until there is almost nothing kinda the same as syrup. On the back it should say what ingredients r used.

This depends on what he company used to get the extrace. If it is alcohol, it will have a very low sublimation point at which the alcohol goes to vapor in which you can heat it up not to boiling and sublime the alcohol off

i think so

Most extracts contain alcohol and here's why. Alcohol is a solvent, just like acetate (nail polish remover) or turpentine (paint thinner). When a solvent is added to the vanilla bean and left to soak, the solvent frees the oils of the bean releasing it into the solvent. When the bean's solids are removed, the oils (and flavor) are left behind in the solvent. We use alcohol because it is reasonably safe for human consumption, unlike other solvents which are poisonous. PS We can safely consume only one type of alcohol (ethanol), the other forms of alcohol are toxic to humans (isopropyl alcohol and methanol).

Depends whose making it.
