Do you have any simple and quick (but yummy) smoothie or shake recipies?

I think the question is pretty self-explanatory. (spelling?)


Answers:
I like an orange shake, about 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream in a blender , fill with orange juice to almost cover ice cream, and blend, mmmmm.

Fruits Choco Smoothie

* 1 cup plain yogurt
* 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
* 2 bananas, frozen and cut into bite-size cubes
* 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup

- In a blender combine bananas, strawberries, chocolate syrup and yogurt. Blend until smooth.


* Serve chilled.

Nutella Super Smoothie (Unbelievably good)

1/2 cup nutella
1 pint low-fat vanilla yogurt or regular vanilla yogurt
1 cup skim milk
1 pint mixed fruit, frozen or bananas, cut into 1 inch pieces

Put all ingredients into blender & puree for 2 minutes or until smooth.

hi Blue Jeans! i love smoothies! i have this one for breakfast just about everyday:

- 6-8 strawberries fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup water
* makes approx two 16 oz drinks

Pineapple and Mango smoothie

you get the pineapple and mango pices and put it in the blender
add milk and ice(depends on how you want it)
its really good

strawberry smoothie:
put strawberries half full
add ice all the way to the top
1 cup of low fat milk
first put like 5 or 7 teaspoon of sugar
blend it, then taste it first if its sweet enough
(if not sweet enough, add more sugar till u r satisfied!)

strawberry, sugar and youghurt in the mixer (dapt the ingredients to ur taste) very yummy

Orange Julius

6 oz. Orange Juice Consentrate
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
8-9 ice cubes

Blend and Drink! It's delicious

favorite fruits + ice, blend, and enjoy
