Tea is a lot better for you. It doesn't leech out the calcium from your body like soda. And it has antioxidents. Also there are so many flavors of tea.

I go for Sprite if:
1) I've been exercising and I'm really thirsty (obey your thirst)
2) It's late in the day and I don't want any caffeine.
