Are energy drinks such as Red Bull, Monster and full throttle safe?
Answers:
Yes, unless you drink 999 in 72 minutes. Then you're pretty much screwed.
too much of any of them is not good for anyone, the caffeine content is not good for your heart and bp
Not really, But One every once in a while isn't too bad.
red bulll is safe and im pretty sure moster is also but fullt hrottle has an age limit i think it says you should be 21 years old to drink it ...but yea its safe whats the worst that can happen
I don't think so when you come down you come down hard
Addiction potential
The only possible physically addictive ingredients in most of these drinks are caffeine and guarana, which cause physical addiction in large doses or with prolonged use (quantities in energy drinks are comparable to amounts in coffee). Since withdrawal from both is usually mild, mainly involving headaches, addiction to energy drinks is mostly psychological.
Health hazard
Little conclusive research has been published so far on the health hazards of energy drinks. However, the high concentration of such ingredients as caffeine and taurine worries certain parents and some medical specialists who suspect that long term use may cause unwanted side-effects. The Red Bull article section has more information on mortality and dental risks.
Well yes they are safe but they're full of chemicals and bad things that get your body pumping. And once you drink it is a deal that in 1 to 2 hours your dead tired. ( especially if your in the moving business)
taken moderatly they are fine for you! I am still here!
Pretty much all drinks sold in the US has to go through the FDA for inspection before they can sell it. Does it mean that it's 100% healthy? probably not but it's probably safe to consume for the most part. But the question really is what in red bull that makes it bad in the long run?? If you look at the labeling, red bull has 27 grams of sugar. thats like eating half a pack of skittles and 110 calories. That's a lot for an energy drink that's made for sports etc. However there are a few drinks out there with no calories and no sugar which is definitely a lot better for you.

The XS drink is pretty good and they have like 8 or 16 total calories. That to me is much better and healthier than red bull. They also have caffeine free drinks too. Anyways I hate the taste of red bull.
