How much green tea should you consume in one day?!

Question:

How much green tea should you consume in one day?

I drink two to four 16.9 oz of the Lipton green tea per day. It's the green tea with citrus added

Answers:
That stuff has sweetner in it. You are doing yourself more harm than good.

I don't know but watch the caffeine it's loaded with it. They do have decaffeinated.

I agree with shilo...Drink natural instead and it wont harm you...Lipton use`s alot of sweeteners

Is it a 'sugared beverage' or a 'unsweetened beverage' or does it have a 'no calorie sweetener'? You can drink ALL THE GREEN TEA YOU WANT (but not enough to 'drown yourself from drinking too much), however the 'sweetener' you are taking in may amount to WAY TOO MUCH, especially if you are drinking two to four 'large' bottles of it a day. So, if it's sweetened, then I'd say ONE bottle per day is more than enough, and if it's unsweetened or 'no calorie sweetened' and there are no calories from the 'citrus' fruit added, then you can drink up to four a day, easily.

you would be safer to just stick with natural tea you can brew a whole pitcher say once or twice a week and fill up a water bottle that way you can have it all day... You can even pick out some different varieties of green tea and add some stuff to it enjoy
