How do I stay awake witout coffee?!


Question:

How do I stay awake witout coffee?

I am not a coffee drinker. & coffee does not help me stay awake ... at all... But espresso do. Espresso keeps me up for real..... BUt I'm lactose intolerant. Anf green tea has caffiene too but it doesnt wake me up only espresso do but i'm not a coffe person.

I don't like red bull or energy drinks cuz I don't like sweets and stuff. I need caffiene that can wake me up right when i wake up for work.

Take a shot of espresso with no milk. or take multi-vitamins pills.

often espresso has less caffeine than coffee so it is in your head

Drink ice cold water or any other ice cold drink. Splash cold water on your face occasionally. Get up and walk around once every half hour. Take a cold shower.

Apparently an Apple in the morning wakes you up better than any amount of caffiene.

try it! also healthy for you aswell.

get lots of sleep

here are some tips:
1) bring some mints and constantly keep some in your mouth
2) drink ice cold water
3) close your eyes for 5 seconds and release all thought, and then open them again. you'll feel much more awake
4) try some tea.

drink a lot of tea...its caffinated and when i drink it at night i can't sleep.

Try doing something you like to help you or excerise! it will keep you alert and fit too.

if your pulling an all-nighter try drinking diet coke. it gives small amounts of caffiene over the duration of the can. and the small amounts over a longer period of time helps to avoid the caffiene crash that comes with coffee.

You could try a natural supplement called Guarana which is found in most energy drinks, it comes in a pill form from any health food shop.
