Coffee make me sleepy. Is it normal?!

Question:

Coffee make me sleepy. Is it normal?

Answers:
Normally the effects of coffee are from the caffein which acts as a stimulate to "speed things up". But of course people are different and the same thing can effect them differently. You may want to read this information on coffee, its history and effects.

Coffee makes me sleepy too. I think it's the heat from it that makes me all warm and relaxed. It happens to me whenever I drink something hot/warm. I've never been one to be effected too much by caffeen anyway.

I have the same problem. I think that it could be a receptor thing. It's not that it's hot, cocoa and tea don't make me as sleepy as coffee. I wonder some times if my body is trying too hard to get the caffeine effect to be small...I don't know, but it must be somewhat normal, I know a number of people that have this going on.
