Question:

Mexican drink?

do you know how to make a mexican drink that doesnt have alchohol in it? i need to make one so if you know of any please let me know of the recipe.

You can make virgin Pina Coladas, Margaritas, and Daquiris.

Basically, just find the mix for it in the store and make it according to the directions. You usually just blend it with some ice.

Horchata (Rice Drink ― Mexico) recipe
1 cup uncooked white rice
2 sticks cinnamon
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1 quart water
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Grind rice to a coarse meal in a blender. Mix together rice, cinnamon, almonds and water. Cover loosely and let stand overnight.

Purée the rice mixture, then strain through several layers of dampened cheesecloth. Mix in sugar and vanilla extract. Serve ice cold.

To serve, pour into tall, ice-filled glasses.

Agua Fresca de Fruta - Mexican Fruit Cooler Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups cold water
1 cup ice
2 cups fruit (cut into 1-inch pieces)
1/4 cup sugar


Directions:

Combine in a pitcher, lightly crushing the fruit. Serve cold.

Agua de limón (Limeade).

Just squeeze the juice out of a bunch of limes, add sugar to taste, water, and voilá!
