Former Starbucks partner here. Was a shift supervisor when I left. I liked working there well enough. For a part-time job, it was great getting benefits (medical/dental/vision insurance), and if you worked for a year, you started getting stock, too. I remember having a lot of fun with it, and it wasn't hard. A fairly low-stress job that you didn't have to worry about as soon as you left the establishment.
