Should be. Look in the liquor aisle with the mixers.
Most grocery stores have it on the soda aisle. Along with the mixers and margarita salts/sugars.
if not, throw a jolly rancher in there, does the trick in a pinch! =)
Grenadine is just a flavor syrup dont see why it would not be sold there it sold in super markets around here (new Jersey)
look for it along the various mixers
