My personal favorite is the Peppermint Java Chip Frappuccino. And if you don't like coffee, you can try the Peppermint Double Chocolate Chip Frappuccino.

yeah i agree with some people here that white chocolate mocha frap is my favorite; it's so heavenly. i always want it venti sized. though a regular mocha frap used to be my favorite. i think caramel frap tastes like crap.
