Penny in Soda?

When i was at del taco earlier my asshole friend decided to play a prank on me by putting a penny in my soda, i didnt know it was there untill i was done drinking it. I know money is extremely dirty and the pennny looked gross. Will the penny get me sick or give me any diseases or could it?
