Why do energy drinks have warnings like alcohol?
k, I was drinkingone of those Wild Berry BooKoos & I noticed that it has a warning on the side that says "Consume Responsibly. Not recommended for children, pregnant or nursing women, people with heart conditions, or persons sensitive to caffine.", & it kinda reminded me of the alcohol warnings I've seen on TV & stuff. Why does the energy drink have that warning? Will it like kill certain people or something similar?

it is unhealthy, people have died from supplements that have been used in some of these drinks
filled with chemicals to give you energy most of the chemicals wouldn't be allowed in other soft drinks
because it can actually be dangerous. i just had to do an essay on them. they can provoke cardiac arrest.
because they contain unusually high levels of caffeine which is recognized as a mind altering drug and can be addictive

Because they need the warning. It wouldn't be there for no reason. Consumers drink these beverages to excess and suffer consequences, hence, the warning.
