What can i add to plain black coffee to add flavor with minimal calories?!

Question:

What can i add to plain black coffee to add flavor with minimal calories?

i hate black coffee. but i know that creamer and sugar pack on the pounds gradually because of the extra empy liquid calories.

is their a lower-calorie alternative to this? something besides sugar and creamer that i can add to black coffee?

or is there something else i can drink/eat that has the same amount of caffiene in it, without the extra calories?

thank you so much =]

Answers:
i'ld suggest a teaspoon of milk powder and a teaspoon of brown sugar. if you drink with a lot of milk, use low fat milk instead.

if you're outside, pour less milk and use brown sugar (brown sugar is less processed/refined than white sugar--it is also less sweet).

if you don't like any of my suggestions, either limit your intake of coffee or change to tea :) i love tea :D

my thoughts...

Molasses in coffee is really good...IMO

idk but if thats u in the picture..yer hot

1/2 a packet of hot chocolate mix (and some milk if it's still too dark). It's a mocha!

Be careful, I know non-fat sounds better but if you check the ingredients, non-fat often has more sugar.

I get teased for my own latte, but here it goes:

2 teaspoons Splenda
1 teaspoon GV Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup
3/4 cup coffee
1/4 cup vanilla flavor soy milk

Yes, it really is tasty. I might try the cinnamon someone suggested. Chocolate and cinnamon go well together.

I like to add lite/sugar free hot chocolate mix. usually half a package in a 20 oz travel mug gives a nice flavor.

Below are two easy to find companys that make sugar free syrups like they use at coffee shops such as starbucks that you can add flavor without the calories. I recomend that you still use a splash of milk when using them it helps blend the flavors.

Here are a couple of other options Pepsi one has more caffine then mountain dew. and I know that Iced tea tends to actually have more caffine then a lot of sodas so that can be a good caffine source or Try Chai Tea its heavilly spiced so its a lot stronger in flavor then most teas.

Hope this helps you.
