Answers:
Well, tea is better and less staining than coffee or cola, so just be diligent in the brushing. Every couple of days, brush with baking soda.

Tea is good for you, so don't sweat it!

Brush with Topal tooth paste, and wear dental white strips.

Chances are that won't happen. In the colonial days british people's teeth were yellow b/c they didn't brush them. nowadays there is adequate toothcare, so you should be fine. just be sure to brush 2x a day for 2 minutes! (Coffee drinkers' teeth will turn yellow because of the chemicals in coffee.)

keep brushing and you will be fine

drinking tea makes your mind fresh.but you have to drink with limit.2 cups daily.1 after breakfast & other around at 5p:pm.after this brush your teeth & smileeeeeeeeeeee

If drinking teas is your passion and you are concerned about you teeth, you should drink a lot of camomile tea, since its very good for teeth and mouth care. It even prevent from cavity and other mouth infections.

Tea is really good for you so keep drinking. If you're concerned about staining, there are lots of whitening options available. Better to spiff up your smile once a year with OTC whitening strips than give up such a healthy habit.

hey =) i think u should perhaps try and cut down on tea ok i know its hard cause my mum's a permmenant tea drinker she has to have like 3 glsses a day!! and well too much tea is not good for your health u should cut down on it i know it is very very hard but try this easy method because tea can cause a lot of problems too much tea try to cut it down.Try this lets say your usual morning breakfast is tea try this tomorrow take milk if u hate mile try a chocolate drink do not go for coffee unless u are not an addict so in the morning try chocolate drink or a fresh orange that will make u fresh and good for the day.Afternoon as a drink take a juice, and during tea time u may have a glass of tea if u realy can't resist it have a glass of tea during tea time and then dinner go to bed with a chocolate drink or a milo after your meal.Try this cut it down to one...Chocolate drink is the best just try it in the morning and for the rest of the day u will be good. And yes brushing your teeth also helpas but its best not to take chances so good luk and take care =)

Tea is good drink with less caffeine, make a habit of drink water after tea to wash away the tea residue on teeth, stain is a common problem, can be maintained by brushing twice daily..

I started drinking tea when i was 5 it did not make my teeth hidious

Tea will stain the enamel on the teeth.

I found this article on MotherNature.com:

"[tea drinkers] can offset some of the discoloration by swishing water after each cup or glass. "Ideally, you can prevent many stains from forming by brushing after each meal or snack," says David S. Halpern, D.M.D., a dentist in Columbia, Maryland, and a spokesdentist for the Academy of General Dentistry. "But since most people don't do that, I advise my patients to take a cup of water and swish it around after they drink coffee or another staining beverage. Besides diminishing the initial film stain of coffee, it also helps keep their breath relatively fresh."

Tea contains abt 30-50 mg of caffeine. Caffeine is a diuretic. It makes you pass out urine even if you don't have to. This will cause you to get dehydrated. Frequent urination will also facilitate the passing out of some electrolytes/minerals from the body like calcium. Calcium is impt for the teeth and so with magnesium. So if you are heavy tea, coffee, soda drinker plus chocolates too, your teeth as well as the bones will get affected. So just take plenty of water. After all, the human body consists of about 70-80% water and not any other fluid.
