Why does hot water taste different to cold water?!

Question:

Why does hot water taste different to cold water?

Answers:
Boiling removes dissolved gasses i.e. air.

my husband always tells me that its because it comes from a hot water heater that has sedaments in it.

boiled cold water tastes differently because boiling removes chlorine

why do you think they call it hot water .

When you boil something, you effectively drive out gas dissolved in it. This makes your water more 'flat' hence it will taste different.
