Japan coffee?!

Question:

Japan coffee?

If you order coffee at a restaurant or coffee shop in Japan, do they give you liquid cream or powdered creamer? What about in China?

Answers:
In Japan and China on my recent trip this year - in the restaurants in the hotel I stayed - they provided milk. Even in earlier visits, I don't recall seeing powered creamer. They usually provide liquid creamer or milk.

milk

they offer milk or liquid cream. I'm assuming that powdered creamer is used but not in a formal setting. It might be used in family/informal setting. Hope this helps. Below is business brochure that says that milk is served with coffee and English tea without cream.
