Peppermint extract or spearmint flavoring is good. They serve it with cinnamon in Mexico, vanilla in France, with a touch of Rum flavoring (it is not alcoholic) is nice too. If you have a Tim Hortons in your area you can try to buy their flavor shots by the bottle and add those as well.
