I'm hardly a connoisseur, but I would say that Evian is the only one that's really stood out apart from the crowd for me. A few times I've had it and it's been incredibly smooth.
However, I prefer tap water because I don't like the idea of water hanging around in a plastic bottle for who knows how long.

I love aquafina because it doesn't taste like anything, and that's how good water should taste. Dasani actually has sodium in it, and seriously wtf.
Water is water is water. The best bottled water has to do with the perceived value and quality and is quite subjective.
If price matters to you, then the cheapest is the best.
If quality matters to you, then it's the brand. It's also likely the packaging and what advertising you have seen and how you think others see you drinking it.
Always Evian, failing that Buxton. I tried 'One' recently and that has quite a nice taste. To be honest though, water is just water, they all taste pretty much the same =)

Dasani tates better it has more of a clean taste!!! Acme and Giant Egal brand don't taste good, and Aquafinia tastes like chemical so Dasani!!
In my country I like "Agua Cristal" is the best
For me, its Evian or Perrier.
although water is water, its not "just" water. remember that water is the "universal" solvent, so it also has little invisible minerals and other stuff that affect the flavors. yes, water does have flavor. it depends on what the source of the water is [spring water, snow, etc], the process it went through [filtering, distillation, carbonation, etc] and the container itself [sometimes plastic puts a subtle flavor to the water] that affects the flavor.
some water taste like coconut water [Absolute, 1998], some like battery water [a cheap local brand], some taste like ice [Nestle].
and yes, these bottles/canned waters do have expiration dates so they dont taste stale, flat and weird.
perrier is really good. i also like fiji. fiji is excellent water.
