where you could get shots or caraffes of different types of milk. like a shot of buttermilk with a couple drops of tobasco in it, or a ice cold shot of fresh Goats milk. maybe the would have different types of chocolate syryps or pwders around

There's a booth at the Wisconsin State Fair that has shots of flavored milk for 25 cents. The cherry-vanilla is awesome.
