If i don't use any sugar in french vanilla cappachino is it still fattning?!

Question:

If i don't use any sugar in french vanilla cappachino is it still fattning?

Answers:
any calories from any source--if you take in more than you use--is turned into fat on your body.
So, 10, 000 calories of lean meat or tofu will give you fat on your body, wherever you gentetic code sends it-hips or belly, etc.
1200 calories of sugar will result in weight loss, if you are USING more than that to function, by exercising, standing, bending over, reading, sleeping, breathing, etc.
The problem is that eating sugar and refined carbs MAKES you hungrier faster, because it is burned FIRST.
And you would have to eat NON-STOP all day to get 10,000 calories of green veggies and tofu.
So, YES! The milk and or chemicals in the capp, the alcohol in the vanilla, the even the coffee has SOME calories.
Watch for words like high-fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated anything. they are TERRIBLE for your body and make you hungry.
Read all labels.

could be

Yes if there is milk because that is still a little bit fattning.

There's no fat in sugar, just calories...the milk will add actual fat content. But more calories will make you "fat", so technically it would be less "fattening"

Well it will reduce the calories, but there's still the milk. If you use like whole milk, then yeah, it would still be fattening. But skim milk reduces it tremendously.

yes it is...sugar is calories not fat...the fat comes from the milk content...

Depends on the amount of fat in the milk and cream. Your overall calorie intake is what causes something to be fattening, Your French Vanilla Drink can be as high in calories as a small meal.... or can have the same caloric intake of a 8 oz glass of milk. You can always use artificial sugar as well.
