Can I substitute powdered or brown sugar for regular sugar in coffee?!

Question:

Can I substitute powdered or brown sugar for regular sugar in coffee?

I'm out of regular sugar, but I have powdered and brown sugar, and I want coffee, I don't like it black or just with cream. Which will taste best?

Answers:
Brown sugar is often served with coffee, powdered sugar should do when you need a substitute, watch out for quantity as it is difficult to judge the sweetness of powdered sugar.

The brown sugar is the one to go with. Powdered sugar contains corn starch as well as sugar.

I alays prefer brown sugar in coffee
it tastes nicer
