Does grape fruit juice make you lose weight?!

Question:

Does grape fruit juice make you lose weight?

Answers:
I'd say no. But eating grapefruits themselves gives you a lot of fiber and vitamin c which should both aid in weight loss. PLus they're just d*mn tasty.

Grape fruits themselves have long been tooted as being beneficial to dieters. I believe, and I could be wrong, that they are a natural diuretic and are appetite suppressing. Don't know if that works but they are full of vitamins, I'm sure pure grapefruit juice would never hurt you either.

I think grapefruit juice sucks, so if it was all I had to eat or drink, I'd lose weight.

Exercise and enough sleep are the best ways to lose weight. What fruit drinks do is help you release water weight gain. The same as water helps you lose water weight gain. The right foods and drinks do help, but the best is exercise and eniugh sleep.

nothing makes you loose weight better then cutting down your calorie intake and exercises...but there are some things that help.....grapefruit juice is one drinking 3 glasses of milk a day helps (don't drink the milk at the same time you drink the grapefruit juice the acid in the grapefruit juice will curdle the milk) eating 4 or 5 small meals a day instead of 3 large meals and having lots of fiber in your diet....

I lost 50 lbs by limiting the amount for bread, sugar and deserts that I ate.....and replacing them with fruits and vegetables and plenty of water.

well grape fruits assist in losing weight, and since the juice is basically what makes uop the fruit, i would say yeah.
