Fill a gallon jug with filtered water, add 5 tea bags, set in the sun for 4 hours, remove the tea bags (do not sqeeze), chill and serve with ice cubes.

I used to use clean plastic milk jugs filled with warm water and about eight tea bags. Place it capped in a warm sunny spot. You can also use hot water and put it in your refrigerator.

In a gallon jar I put cold water and about 10 teabags, sometimes more if I want it stronger. Then just cap it with the strings hanging out and set it in the sun all afternoon. Then stick it in the fridge!

I'm from the low desert; we'd only leave it out for an hour in the summer or two in the winter. If you're in a hot climate, check your tea before it becomes too dark to drink!

Another warm-climate favorite is to freeze lemonade (or any sweet lemonade-flavored drink, like Kool-Aid) in ice cube trays and use those ice cubes in your tea.
