How can I test milk to see If its spoilt or not?!

Question:

How can I test milk to see If its spoilt or not?

Answers:
Can't you tell by smelling it?

Second choice is a visual inspection - don't shake or agitate the milk container, slowly pour some into a clear glass, you should be able to see if the milk seems to be separating (it'll look streaky, layered, or clumpy if it's gone bad). If it's only lightly streaky, doesn't smell bad, and passes the taste test, you can drink it.

The third is the taste test - if it tastes bad, it is bad (a small taste of milk gone bad is extremely unlikely to harm you).

CHECK TO SEE IF ITS LUMPY

Use the "smell" test....the nose knows.

smell it it might smell sour or just dirt and see if its curdles

taste it.

just drink it........

Boil it. If it curdles it is spoilt.

You smell it to see if it is spoiled or not.

smell it

taste it

as a rule i would smell it .. if it doesnt smell like milk should then my guess would be its off

by mixing toilet water and milk...(:

check the experation date or take a wiff

Milk spoils for many reasons, it usually breaks up.

Spoiled milk can be used in cooking, and making certain sweet dish. You have to know how to use it. But do not drink uncooked spoiled milk.

1. Smell it,if it does not have its original smell, use it in cooking.
2. Look at it, if lumppy or discoloured; use it for cooking.
3. If it taste different (try a teaspoon and spit out), use it for cooking.

you should boil it...if it curdles you shoudnt drink it and it is spoilt.
dont taste it to understand...

The milk will definitely small 'off' & you can see tiny lumps in it.If still in doubt heat a small w\quantity,the heat will hasten the process & the milk will curdle, seperating into clumps of curd & whey.

smell it, boil it, if it looks corny and breaks - its spoilt.

Smell it, however good rule of thumb is that it will last about 3-5 days past expiration.

taste it if you taste a sour taste in your mouth then get rid of the milk.,but check the experation date and do the math.

SMELL IT IF WORST COMES TASTE IT

Just smell it!

u can test milk by many ways..some are...smell it,taste a little bit,wen u boil it if it becomes curdled..thats all i can get into my head right now!
