Has anyone else noticed a taste difference between diet coke plus and diet coke?
Does anyone know what causes this? They're both supposed to contain Aspartame, but Diet Coke Plus tastes way better to me. Fresher. Lighter. Any ideas?

I am drinking a diet coke plus now, I dont like it as much as regular diet coke . Just doesnt taste right to me.
I have seen Diet Coke Zero but not Diet Coke plus.
i think pepsi is lighter in taste. i like diet pepsi and milk and pepsi. Taste is good.

Yeah there is definitely a difference in the taste. I dont know how to quite describe it though. I think there is a certain after taste...It must be the addition of the extra vitamins, niacin, zinc and magnesium. And diet coke is a bit sweeter. Personally i am not buying Diet coke plus again.
mmm, i'm drinking a diet coke plus right now. i agree that the taste is fresher, crisper, lighter. it tastes less carbonated, but not in the "going flat" kind of way... i think it's good... and i like that it has magnesium sulfate as the second ingredient, not caramel color.
I've noticed. I'm not crazy about diet coke plus. Yeah, it tastes fresher and lighter, but I'm a die-hard Diet Coke addict. If that first sip doesn't burn, it's not Diet Coke
