Anyone knows where to get Mother Parker coffee whiter? I wholesale or retail.?

I reside in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I used to work in a tea shop and they use Mother Parker brand coffee whiter. This is by far the best brand I have used. But I couldn't locate any wholesaler who carry this brand. Anyone knows? Thanks.
