Yes. And having moved to North Carolina from Ohio in 1994, I must confess that both sweet tea and authentic NC bbq are addictive!
I LOVE sweet tea. I guess it's a Southern Thang! I don't drink it often though. Lots of sugar isn't good for the hips. :)
I do. I dont like it unsweetened. EW! My mom likes it unsweetened.
i don't use sugar in tea or coffee, but when we went to georgia, everywhere i asked for iced tea i got sweet tea.
they gave me wierd looks when i asked for iced tea w/o sugar.

Sweet tea is more of a southern drink. People in the Northern US usually prefer it unsweetened.

It's good after a good cry or if you've had a shock, but my favorite is strong tea, lots of lemon and two sugars!!! Yumm!
