I believe it's just the nesquick solution and milk
just add milk . it should tell you on the back of the tin you have to add , but i think it,s 2/3 dessert spoons to 1/2 pint milk .
either i use cold milk or hot milk anyway it is good to go
use milk and a spoon it,s a no brainer
